    * For large & giant breeds the age limit is 8 – 13 weeks due to space limitations

    A 5 session training program which includes the following:

    Orientation session: a mandatory online session where we will go through all the training basics such as:

    • Animal learning
    • Identifying & interpreting dog body language
    • How clicker training works?
    • Managing your dog's arousal levels
    • House rules (Q&A - entering and exiting the class - hygiene etc.)

    Four training sessions where you will learn how to teach your puppy:

    • A series of basic cues: Sit - Drop - Come - Respond to name - Settle on mat - Stay etc.
    • A series of good manners: Sit for greeting - Managing jumping - Accepting collar holds etc.
    • Loose lead walking fundamentals

    Parent education topics such as:

    • Diets and health
    • Toilet training
    • Bite inhibition
    • Appropriate play for this age group
    • Understanding and managing appropriate behaviour for this age group

    Not every dog is suitable for a group class training environment. This is why you must complete a Profile form, which we will send you prior to booking. This will assist us in understanding your dog's individual needs and choosing the most appropriate course of action.

    Baby Puppy class info

    Group classes are ideal for parents that want to teach their dogs a series of basic, intermediate and advanced behaviours and cues.
    • We offer a customised training program for each dog's individual needs.
    • Classes are being assembled according to your dog's age and temperament.
    • Small number of people/dogs per class, thus ensuring more individual attention for you and your dog.
    • Visual screens used between each dog in order to minimise high arousal between dogs. They are also great for settling purposes.
    • Additional clickers - mats - toys - water bowls provided.
